Heartkeepers belongs to Jesus Christ and we are privileged to be his servants (I Cor 3:6-7). Heartkeepers is merely a vessel in God’s hand (2 Tim 2:21).

Heartkeepers have no desire to build a financial empire. We seek to keep our overhead as low as possible.

Heartkeepers will offer its services free as much as possible. Jesus said, “Freely you have received, freely give” We will not charge people for reproducing our materials and we have no fees for consultation or speaking engagements (We do accept speaking honoraria when freely given).

To help us with our costs, Heartkeepers finds it necessary to charge registration fees for our conferences and seminars, however, we will try to keep the fees as low and affordable as possible  so no one is deprived of hearing God’s truth because of lack of financial resources. Where possible, we will provide sponsorship for those who would not be able to attend our conferences due to financial difficulties.

Heartkeepers will operate without debt (Roms 13:8), all purchases will be paid in full within thirty days and we seek to avoid unnecessary expenses and waste.

Heartkeepers does not beg for funds. When we have a need, we will make it known in a forthright and non-manipulative manner without pressure to give.

Heartkeepers will utilise volunteers to supplement work done by paid staff. Heartkeepers has only one paid staff at this present time.

We appreciate financial gifts and other contributions, we take all contributions seriously and we strive to be faithful stewards.

A statement of our income and expenditure including staff salaries and benefits will be made available to anyone on request.

Heartkeepers is registered as a Company Limited by Guarantee in England and Wales. Gifts and donations are not tax deductible at this time. Gifts and donations will become tax deductible when we obtain charitable status in the near future.
